2. "Do unused scans roll over?"

Nope. Like gym memberships and New Year's resolutions, what you don't use this month expires. Buy the tier you'll actually consume (or enjoy the thrill of wasted potential).

3. "What happens when my scan pool hits zero?"

Your next manual scan politely refuses, and any scheduled audits are skipped with a smug e‑mail:

"Quota reached—either wait for next month or give us more money."

You can:

• Upgrade the plan
• Buy overage—$5 per extra 100 scans
• Wait for the 1st of the month

4. "How do I get started with a paid plan?"

Pick a paid tier → add a card → start using immediately. The Drive‑By plan needs no card at all.

5. "How are seats counted?"

Yes! Pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service. That's 2 months free when you commit to annual billing.

9. "Is there an overage charge for recurring jobs?"

Recurring jobs chew scans when they run. Same overage rule: $5 per extra 100 scans. If you hit the job‑count cap (e.g., 25 weekly jobs on Team Tormentor), you'll need to delete one or upgrade.

10. "Can I downgrade or cancel?"

Anytime in the billing portal. Downgrades take effect next cycle; cancellations nuke future invoices on the spot. We keep historical data per your plan's retention window—Unlimited on Agency, vanishes after 7 days on Drive‑By.

11. "Is my data private and secure?"
